You can permanently request the deletion of your account directly from within the app. Follow the steps below:
Open the app and sign in to your account.
Go to Settings.
Open Profile.
Tap Delete Account.
Review the information displayed and confirm your request by tapping Delete Account again.
Once your deletion request is submitted:
Your account will be scheduled for deletion.
Your account will remain in a pending deletion state for 15 days.
If you sign in to your account at any time during this 15-day period, the deletion request will be automatically cancelled, and your account will remain active.
If you do not sign in during the 15-day period, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
Data Deletion
When your account is permanently deleted:
- Your profile information will be permanently removed.
- Your saved preferences and account-related personal data will be deleted.
- Any other personal information associated with your account will be removed from our systems, except where retention is required by applicable laws or regulations.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information, such as payment records, invoices, or transaction history, may be retained for the period required by applicable laws, tax regulations, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations. This information is retained only for these purposes and is not used to reactivate your account.
